Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders of 2 or more balms — the threshold is clearly displayed on-site.

Duties & Taxes AYODI offers full Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the EU and US — meaning all VAT, import duties, and taxes are included at checkout. No surprise charges on delivery.

For all other international destinations (Australia, Japan, South Korea, UAE), orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Local customs authorities may request VAT or import tax upon delivery. Most customers will not be charged unless their order exceeds local import thresholds.
