If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to assist you with care.


 

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal nature of body care products, we are only able to accept returns for items that are:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original condition and packaging
  • Postmarked within 14 days of delivery

We regret that opened or used products cannot be returned.


 

International Returns (Including the EU)

For customers returning from the European Union or other international locations:

  • Items must also be unopened, unused, and postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs and any applicable customs documentation are the responsibility of the sender.

  • AYODI is not liable for returns lost in transit; we strongly recommend using a tracked courier service.


 

Refunds & Store Credit

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you by email and offer:

  • A full refund to your original method of payment, or

  • A store credit redeemable against future AYODI purchases.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed once your return is approved.
